Expression of Interest to Trade in

Locally Grown Fresh Produce

This is an expression of interest only. It does not guarantee that you will be offered a site or that you must accept a site that is offered to you.

If your EOI is approved, you will be required to enter into a Stallholder Membership Agreement as set out in the Richmond Market Charter

It is a legal requirement that stallholders must provide a copy of a current public liability insurance Certificate of Currency (minimum $10 million). Please contact us if you do not have insurance and wish to be a casual stall holder or visit www.netinsure.com.au. We advise waiting to hear from us before paying for insurances or applying for permits if you do not already have them.

Food and Produce sellers also may need a current Clarence City Council Temporary Food Permit or Notification (available on Council website at www.ccc.tas.gov.au). Please contact council to determine your exact needs.

You will also need to supply a copy of your Organic/Biodynamic Certificate of Registration (if applicable)

Richmond and Coal Valley Promotions Inc. reserves the right to decline this expression of interest and/or not accept any products for sale at the market.

Regular stall holders must pay an annual market membership of $30. Please more about this and the stall types on our website www.richmondvillagemarket.com.au.
