Every Saturday 9am – 3pm in the Town Hall, Richmond, Tasmania

Specialising in wood fired pizza. Kane has been making his pizza for family and friends for a while, but has only been selling to the public since the opening of the Richmond Farmers and Makers Market in January, 2015.

Kane currently offers a range of pizzas include:
- BERKSHIRE BREAKFAST PIZZA - using Berkshire bacon from the Huon Valley, a free range egg and cheese.
- TASSIE MUSHROOM PIZZA - topped with a blend of mushrooms from Cygnet, marinated Tasmanian feta from Ashgrove, and a drizzle of truffle oil.
- TASSIE SALMON AND BRIE PIZZA - made with Tasmanian farmed salmon and brie from Wicked Cheese in Richmond.
- RICHMOND CHERRY CRUMBLE PIZZA - a sweet pizza made from local cherries, topped with a crumble mixture and a dollop of Ashgrove double cream.
- HAM AND PINEAPPLE PIZZA - an old favourite!

Their pizza bases are sourced from 'Breadd', another Tasmanian business and are made from organic ingredients. Kane is hoping to introduce new pizzas in the future, which will continue to showcase local produce where possible.

Kane and his partner Sandy moved to Richmond just over a year ago, and love living here with their 3 young children. They are both Tassie born and bred, but spent some time living interstate, but after having children were happily drawn back to their home and family.

Kane has an extensive background in hospitality and currently works for Breadd (you can often find him at the Sorell store). Kane had a long term dream of establishing his own business which has led Kane to start the market stall.

Come along to the Richmond Farmers and Markers Market any Saturday and you will find Kane with his pizzas, just follow your nose!!
